Account information: name, email, phone number, business name, GST/PAN, address, KYC documents.

Store & order data: Shopify/WooCommerce store details, products, orders, customer shipping addresses processed through Dropzo.

Payment information: bank account details for COD remittance and payouts. We do not store credit card numbers — payments are processed via PCI-DSS compliant gateways.

Usage data: IP address, browser type, device, pages visited, and actions taken on the dashboard.

• Provide and operate the Dropzo platform and fulfilment services.
• Process orders, generate shipping labels, and coordinate with courier partners.
• Process COD remittances, vendor payouts, and wallet transactions.
• Verify KYC, prevent fraud, and comply with Indian legal obligations.
• Send transactional emails, SMS, and WhatsApp notifications related to your account.
• Improve our products and provide customer support.

We share information only with:

• Courier partners (Delhivery, Bluedart, DTDC, Ekart, XpressBees, Shadowfax, Ecom Express, India Post, etc.) for delivery of shipments.
• Verified vendors for fulfilling orders routed to them by dropshippers.
• Payment partners and banks for processing remittance and payouts.
• Law enforcement when required by valid Indian legal process.

We never sell your personal data to third parties for marketing.

We use industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS), encrypted databases, role-based access control, and regular security audits. Despite these measures, no internet transmission is 100% secure — you use the Services at your own risk.

We retain account, order, and financial records for as long as your account is active and for at least 8 years thereafter to comply with Indian tax and accounting laws. KYC documents are retained as per RBI / Income Tax Act requirements.
