Refund & Cancellation Policy

Wallet recharges done on Dropzo are non-refundable as the wallet balance can be used for any future shipping, COD, or service charges. In case of duplicate or accidental recharge, you may write to us within 7 days at info@onewayhappiness.com with the transaction ID. Verified duplicate recharges will be refunded to the source bank account within 7–10 business days.

Orders that have not yet been picked up by the courier can be cancelled from your dashboard. The shipping charge debited from the wallet will be auto-refunded within 24 hours.

For RTO shipments, the forward shipping charge is non-refundable. RTO charges as per the published rate card will be debited from your wallet. The product is returned to the vendor / seller warehouse.

If a shipment is declared lost or damaged in transit by the courier, Dropzo will file a claim with the courier partner. Approved claims are credited to the seller's wallet up to the declared value of the shipment, capped at ₹2,500 per shipment unless higher insurance was purchased at the time of booking.

Claims must be raised within 15 days of the courier marking the shipment as lost/damaged.

Refunds to the end customer are the responsibility of the seller / dropshipper / brand who made the sale. Dropzo only handles fulfilment and does not directly refund end customers.

COD amounts are remitted weekly after deducting RTO, return, and applicable charges. Disputes regarding COD remittance must be raised within 30 days of the remittance date.

Paid add-ons or subscription plans (if any) are non-refundable once activated, except in cases of clear service failure attributable to Dropzo.

3. Or email info@onewayhappiness.com with order/AWB number and reason.

Refund requests are processed within 7 business days of approval.
