Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you and ONEWAY HAPPINESS LLP ("Dropzo"). By creating an account or using our Services you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use Dropzo.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into contracts under Indian law. Business accounts must be registered with valid GST/PAN where applicable.

You must complete KYC verification before transacting on the platform. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.

• Dropshippers may list and resell products from verified vendors.
• Vendors must ship verified, genuine, and legal products only.
• Brands may use Dropzo's courier integrations for their own inventory.
• Selling counterfeit, illegal, hazardous, or restricted products is strictly prohibited.

Shipping charges, COD fees, and RTO charges are auto-debited from your Dropzo wallet. Wallet recharges are non-refundable except as set out in our Refund Policy. Trade prices, shipping rates, and COD remittance schedules may change with prior notice.

COD amounts are remitted to your registered bank account on a weekly cycle (subject to RTO adjustments). Vendor payouts are processed bi-weekly. Hold periods may apply for fraud checks or disputes.

Dropzo allocates orders to courier partners based on serviceability, performance, and pincode. Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed. See our Shipping Policy for details.

• Uploading false KYC documents or impersonating others.
• Using the platform for money laundering or fraud.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, scrape, or disrupt the platform.
• Selling restricted goods (drugs, weapons, adult content, hazardous chemicals, etc.).

Violations may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of pending balances.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dropzo's aggregate liability for any claim arising out of the Services shall not exceed the total fees paid by you to Dropzo in the 3 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, loss of profit, or loss of goodwill.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ONEWAY HAPPINESS LLP, its directors and employees from any claims arising out of your use of the Services, the products you sell or ship, or your breach of these Terms.

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for breach of these Terms, fraud, or legal reasons. You may close your account by contacting support — pending obligations (COD remittance, wallet refunds) will be settled per our standard process.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. All disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh.
